Responsible for various operational tasks within the Foot Locker Customer Service department (B2B). This includes supporting order-book fulfillment, customer operations, and enhancing automatic electronic order processing.

  • Uploading and preparing articles and sales orders for upload and creation into SAP

  • Creation and preparation of Delivery Report

  • Supporting DSO with report creation, pricing and quantity discrepancy inquiries

  • Administrative duties such as archiving orders, ordering and tracking samples, PowerPoint creation and updating

In my last month, I was able to standardize order processing which enabled the increase of automatic electronic processing by 250% (20%->70% of total orders).
